What we would do, what it costs, and what we need from you. One page. If it is not worth it for you, we will say so.
3. We get you current
If the books are behind, they come up to date first. Nothing useful can be said about numbers that are six months old.
4. Then it is a rhythm
Monthly or quarterly, depending on what you need. The work happens on time and you hear from us before a deadline, not after it.
