Phone is often quicker than a form, and you will get a person rather than a queue. If we are with a client, leave a message and we will ring you back the same day.
Coming to the office
We are on Level 2 at 4 Westfield Court in Chermside, a short walk from the shopping centre. Parking is straightforward. Please call ahead so we know to expect you.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing, so the first conversation is a useful one.
What happens after I send this?
We read it and come back to you within one business day, usually the same day. The first step is a short conversation — no charge and no obligation — so we can work out whether we are the right fit before anyone talks about fees.
What should I have ready?
Nothing, for a first conversation. If you already know your structure (sole trader, company, trust), roughly what the business turns over, and what software the books are in, that helps — but if you are not sure of any of it, that is a normal place to start from.
Are you taking on new clients?
Yes. We are deliberately a small practice, so if we are ever at capacity we will tell you rather than take the work and do it slowly.
I already have an accountant.
That is fine, and switching is more ordinary than it feels. We handle the handover with your previous accountant directly — there is a standard process for it and you are not required to have an awkward conversation first.
